Our premises and facilities offer:

Reception & Admin Services
The reception and administrative services include, among others:
- Meet and greet clients
- Phone answering and message taking Mon to Fri 8am to 7pm
- Waiting list management
- Diary management to minimise client no-shows and fill any last-minute cancellations
- Processing private and Medicare rebates
- Booking client appointments on your diary
- Forward your mail/correspondence to you
- NBN Wi-fi connection, firewall.
Client Intake Services
Our intake team will help you build your caseload to suit your preferences and requirements. Our intake process is designed to:
- find out whether prospective clients and referrals are appropriate for your business based on your instructions, based on the information provided by prospective clients or their referrers
- alternatively, they would be referred to other services in the community as per your instructions.
Suitable clients are booked on your calendar or added to your waiting list and:
- a deposit can be taken to secure their first appointment
- an electronic file is created in the Practice Management system including the information gathered through the intake process, any referrals and Mental Health Treatment Plans, etc.
Emergency or crisis calls would be escalated to a crisis counselling service or other services as per your instructions.
Marketing Services
Marketing services to psychologists include
- Your bio on the Brisbane City Psychologists’ website
- Digital / printed marketing material distributed to GPs and other referrers
- Advertising signage on the ground floor at 141 Queen Street, Brisbane CBD.
Billing & Collection
Billing and collection services include:
- Appointment billing and taking payments
- Invoicing
- EFTPOS terminal
- Processing payments from third party funders of client appointments
- Others: following up payment of cancellation fees, reports, etc.
